It's Ok To Not Have Your Ish Together....

Hello again and welcome to another blog post. Today I am sitting down to write this post and to be honest I don't know where this post will lead. I have been working really hard on some new dreams and goals and because of this I have been so fired up and yet feeling all the emotions across the spectrum. In case you do not follow me on Facebook or IG, I recently hired a life and business coach and let me tell you it was the best decision I have ever made.

A year or two ago, I would have never given a life coach a second thought. I honestly didn't see the value nor did I really believe anyone could be a "life coach." My ignorant mentality was "in order for you to be a life coach you better have ALL your shit together."

Guess what I found out over the last few months? I don't have all my shit together and having a life coach is literal magic. Guess what I have also learned? Not having it all together is my super power. What if it is ok to not have it all together all the time? What if it was ok to just live in the moment and worry about everything else later? Well let me tell you it is OK!

So here is the point of this blog post. We all have our own ish going on. We all have our own things that keep us up at night, that means we are all human. It's ok to be human and it's ok to not have it all together. The important part is being aware of your thoughts and feelings. The reason I say this is because our thoughts create our feelings and our feelings create our action. We need to keep all of this in check and in perspective so that we are not reacting to situations in a way that will make something worse for us. Be aware of your thoughts and if need be, shift your thoughts to something positive so that we are reacting from a space of gratitude and light. When we are able to operate from this space, we not only will be able to react in a better way we will also attract good vibes to us.

Quit worrying, quit stressing, quit wallowing in your own self pity and start realizing that this life is a gift. This life is short, this life will go by so quick, give yourself grace and enjoy every moment that you possibly can. #YOLO is definitely my motto these days. If it feels good do it, if it doesn't DON'T. Life is too short for regret.

Until Next Time,

Much Love,
